Born in 1980, over the past 20+ years, Øyvind has co-founded and built several web agencies and other startups. He has worked extensively in technology, design, and user experience on the web. His expertise spans business, leadership, strategy, content, design, and development.

He is highly motivated by well-functioning and motivated teams of good people and is passionate about structure and communication.

Education

• 1-year graphic design (2002).
• 5-year master's degree in interaction and industrial design (2003-2008) from AHO.
• Self-taught developer (since 2002).

Entrepreneurship

• Built and managed web agencies since 2002.
• Co-founded "startup lab" Skavl in 2020.
• Co-founded CookieGuard in 2021.
• Co-founded web agency Represent in 2022.

Øyvind has been a trusted advisor for companies including AutoStore, Unacast, PowerOffice, Apex Wheels, Oslo Business Region, Alfa Footwear, and WaterBear.

Awards

After winning AHO's first-ever Honours Award and first place in the Young Talents award by the Norwegian Design Council, competing against hundreds of designers in 2008, Øyvind has stopped hunting for awards and focused on helping businesses succeed.
